Dr. Zane Richardson, PT, DPT, OCS, is the clinical director of our Gilmer location and Co- owner of Kinetic Physical Therapy Associates. He was born and raised in Pittsburg, Tx and graduated from Pittsburg High school class of 2003. He attended Northeast Texas Community College for 2 years, followed by Baylor University. From there he was accepted into Texas State University Physical Therapy program and received his doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2012.

He began work as a clinical physical therapist for The Institute for Healthy Living Good Shepherd Medical Center in Longview, Texas. While there he worked with a multitude of conditions including post-operative care, degenerative joint conditions, to balance dysfunction and sports medicine rehabilitation. He presented yearly on strength training in the senior adult in The Institute for Healthy Living “ Age well live well series”. In 2017 he was granted certification as a board certified clinical specialist in Orthopaedic Physical Therapy by the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties. He has recently completed further training in the areas of Functional Dry needling from KinetaCore®, Graston technique, Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA) and as an ImPact Trained Physical Therapist for concussion management.

He came on board as a Co-owner of Kinetic PT in October of 2017 and opened our Gilmer Location in January of 2018. He is married to his high school sweetheart Ashley Richardson and has 2 son’s, Finley and Henry Richardson. In his downtime he enjoys hunting, playing golf and spending time with his family.
